If such incident occurs, an investigation will be conducted to discover origin and prosecute accordingly. If an employee violates our Privacy Policy, such employee will be terminated, reported to law enforcement, and banned from interacting with NASELS.

Our Privacy Policy was published on July 28, 2023. NASELS reserves the right to amend this Policy without notice. All major changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on our Website. NASELS has implemented a No Refund Policy for membership/consultation fees, sponsorship fees, donations and tips. PAYMENTS are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
22. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
NASELS reserves the right to conduct a criminal background check. By entering your Personal Information and submitting our membership form, you consent to a criminal background check. If the following criminal activities have occurred (including, but not limited to as noted), you are ineligible to join NASELS:
